No. 7 Heating/Cooling Compatible Ishikawa Type Stirring and Grinding Machine for Crushing and Dispersion
Equipped with a double boiler (jacket) for heating/cooling in porcelain bowls (mortar) and metal pots. Simultaneous processing of grinding (crushing, disintegration), dispersion, kneading, concentration, and drying operations.
**Features** - Capable of processing while heating and cooling, maintaining the characteristics of the Ishikawa-style stirring and grinding machine. - 7A Processing volume: 20L, 7AA Processing volume: 60L, 7B Processing volume: 100L, 7C Processing volume: 150L. - Depending on the processing material, the bowl material can be selected (metal, porcelain). *Note: Porcelain bowls are available for 7A to 7B only. - A mechanism that forces the pestle to rotate can be selected to enhance the grinding function. *Note: For porcelain bowls/porcelain pestles, only free rotation is available. - The material for metal bowls can be selected from bronze, cast iron, or stainless steel. - The outer side of the bowl features a jacket structure, allowing for heating and cooling using an external heat source. **Suitable Use Cases** - Finely grinding slurries, pastes, and colloids without solidifying the material while dispersing and kneading. - Achieving uniform dispersion and kneading during the concentration process of slurries and pastes with added solvents through the stirring effect of the pestle and the grinding action of the pestle tip. - Utilizing the dehydration effect of heating to simultaneously grind and break down powder particles, as well as drying moisture from hydrates. - Mechanical-chemical reactions occur during grinding. Furthermore, heating can accelerate these mechanical-chemical reactions.
